Storria
AI-first commerce and ERP-lite for Indonesian UMKM
Storria gives small Indonesian businesses one system for their store, stock, orders, chats, and reports, with an AI assistant that speaks their language. A shared marketplace and an affiliate network bring the demand. Harsa took it from first brief to interface.
Already online, still manual
The UMKM this product serves are not offline. A fashion reseller in Garut moves 120 orders a month across Shopee and WhatsApp. A coffee owner with two outlets takes QRIS at the counter. They take digital money all day and reconcile it all night: stock in one head, chats in another, the books nowhere.
What is missing is not another sales channel. It is unified operational management plus a demand channel the merchant owns. Catalog to sales (online, offline, marketplace) to stock to customers to daily tasks to analytics, with growth mechanics that get more valuable as more merchants join.
Storria is that system, drawn the way the planning documents specify it: ten modules sharing one live data feed, an Indonesian language AI woven through every one of them, a discovery marketplace and an affiliate network for demand, and a strict rule that the platform never touches the money.

The morning pulse
A skincare brand owner opens the laptop at half past eight and knows what to do in one glance: 28 orders waiting to pack, 3 chats past thirty minutes, Serum Niacinamide on top, two items the AI wants restocked. Four to six widgets, never twenty. The dashboard is a daily pulse, not a control room.
Every widget is a doorway, never a dead end: tap through to the orders, the thread, the stock field. Cold opens show cached summaries or skeletons shaped like the resolved content. The merchant never meets a blank page or a spinner that outlives its data.

One pipeline, every channel
Storefront, POS, and discovery orders land in one list with one lifecycle: new, processing, packed, shipped, completed, returned. Transitions are gated (no jumping from new to shipped), bulk updates clear five hundred rows in five seconds, and every status change files the same business rules as a drag across the board.
The pipeline generates its own work. Verify payment on new, pack on processing, arrange pickup on packed. Tasks surface in the daily list within thirty seconds with assignee and SLA, overdue rows turn destructive red, and the AI summary carries the stragglers every morning.

Every channel, one thread
WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and storefront chat normalize into one conversation model keyed by phone or buyer account. Threads sort by waiting time, the customer context panel (orders, spend, last touch) loads under half a second, and quick reply chips drop templates into the reply box with one tap.
The AI drafts, the human decides. FAQ answers arrive grounded in catalog and order data with citations, capped at three seconds. Complaint sentiment, three unanswered rounds, or an explicit human request escalates within one message, and the draft banner offers Setuju, Batal, or Edit with a full record behind it.

Thirty seconds at lunch rush
The owner's tablet runs the whole counter: outlet select, barcode scan, cart, split payments across cash and QRIS, digital receipt over WhatsApp, shift open to close with expected versus actual cash. Three items clear the counter in under forty five seconds, and the sale lands in the same ledger as the online orders.
Signal is a state, not an error. The offline queue holds a full day with repeat-safe sending, syncs within thirty seconds of reconnect, and surfaces conflicts with before and after values for the merchant to resolve. The status line says so plainly: offline, will sync when online, with the queue count beside it.

Demand you do not rent
The discovery marketplace gathers products merchants choose to list, with automatic search pages per product, category, and location, so each listing earns its own search traffic. Each shop's brand stays prominent on every page, badges (Toko Responsif, fast shipping) come from real operational data recalculated weekly, and affiliate written reviews carry their label with a filter for the rest.
Checkout respects fulfillment physics. One shop per basket, enforced with plain words and two exits (browse another shop, empty the cart). The buyer pays the gateway fee itemized, the merchant keeps the full price, and Storria takes zero commission. Guest checkout needs a phone number and an address, nothing else.

Customers as sales force
Anyone can post, review, and share in the masonry feed, but commissions pay out only to verified buyers and store appointed affiliates. That split keeps supply abundant and spam uneconomical. Links and coupon codes attribute over a seven day last-click window, the ledger freezes on fraud signals, and payouts batch every Friday above a Rp10 to 25 thousand floor.
A reviewer with fifteen thousand followers had this week: 47 clicks, 12 conversions, Rp1.2 million pending. Seven days after delivery the pending turns available, the e-wallet fills on Friday, and merchant and affiliate read the same numbers nobody can quietly edit. The platform deducts no fee from either side of the commission.

Proposals, not surprises
The assistant lives where the work happens: a draft above the reply box, a restock suggestion inside the stock field, an answer inside analytics. It never gets a tab, a sidebar, or a greeting. Idle surfaces show nothing inviting, because unprompted AI is the fastest way to teach a merchant to ignore it.
Every write action waits in an approval queue with preview, editable parameters, and Setuju or Batal. Try the queue: approving files the audit entry, cancelling leaves no trace.

Five days in the product
The reseller
Shopee plus WhatsApp used to mean three spreadsheets. Now the order list pulls both channels, paid flips stock everywhere at once, and cek ongkir answers itself with live Biteship rates. Nightly WhatsApp summary: 12 shipped, 3 low-stock flags, 2 chats waiting. Fifteen minutes a day replaced the reconciliation nights.
The shop owner
Lunch rush on one tablet: outlet select, two milk coffees plus a croissant scanned in, QRIS scanned, stock down across every channel, receipt over WhatsApp. Under thirty seconds a customer, shift reconciled to the thousand rupiah at close, daily report auto-sent at ten at night.
The brand owner
Twenty eight orders to pack, three chats past thirty minutes, one Instagram complaint about late delivery routed with full order context. The AI drafts the tracking link reply; the owner edits one sentence and approves. Month end exports a spreadsheet for the accountant while the cohort report reads 32% repeat purchase.
The affiliate
Filters the portal for beauty above eight percent, takes three items, generates links and AI promo copy in one tap. A week later: 47 clicks, 12 conversions, Rp1.2 million pending. Return window passes, Friday fills the e-wallet, and the same ledger answers any dispute from either side.
The first-time buyer
Searches a gift under a hundred thousand, lands on a ceramic mug with a responsive badge earned from real reply data and a 4.8 rating. Filters out affiliate reviews, tries adding a second shop tote, gets refused in plain words, keeps the mug. Guest checkout, itemized fee, QRIS, one confirmation, WhatsApp when it ships.
Decisions, on the record
No commission, no custody
Discovery sales pay the merchant the full price and the affiliate the full configured commission. The buyer carries the itemized gateway fee. All money moves through a licensed payment processor with split payouts; Storria never holds a rupiah, which keeps the marketplace on the right side of central-bank licensing. Revenue comes from subscriptions alone.
One shop per basket
Mixed baskets would need splitting payment and delivery, so the cart refuses them in plain words with two exits. Conversion takes the hit deliberately: a confused buyer with two parcels and one tracking number costs more than the abandoned tote. That trade-off is written down and owned.
Open feed, verified payout
Anyone may post and share, which keeps promotion supply abundant, but only verified buyers and appointed affiliates earn. Eligibility checks at payout, not at posting. Seven day return window, Friday batches, fraud freeze with manual review, plus a rule that commission only pays at the listed price. Spam stays uneconomical by the math, not by a moderation army.
AI at the point of work
It lives only where the work happens, with no tab or sidebar of its own: drafts, recommendations, and answers appear inside inbox, stock, orders, and analytics, and every write waits for Setuju with preview and editable parameters. Answers stay inside the shop's own data with citations; outside it, escalation. Approval above sixty percent is the metric; raw action volume is a guardrail number, never optimized.
Static storefront, no vendor lock
Pre-rendered pages instead of per-request SSR: deployable to a VPS or edge workers, no framework hostage clause. Under 200KB initial load, lazy images, responsive sizing, three second interactivity on 3G for low-end Android. Flexibility surrendered knowingly; independence kept deliberately.
Offline is a state
POS holds a full offline day in a repeat-safe queue and syncs within thirty seconds of signal, flagging conflicts with before and after values. Management surfaces step down to read-only with the banner in plain words and queue their writes. Treating offline as normal is what lets the lunch rush ignore the signal bars.
Event bus on day one
A message bus streams shop events from the first release: order created, stock adjusted, attribution recorded. That is what makes 500ms cross-channel stock propagation and zero oversells per thousand orders testable claims rather than hopes. One codebase first, same setup from a laptop to production, scaling out when needed.
Flat Rp99 thousand, no free tier
One plan with every module, AI credits around Rp30 thousand inside, top-ups without plan changes, fourteen day trial, thirty day read-only on expiry. Add-on outlet and user pricing lives in configuration, grantable free until populated. Whether flat beats tiered is still open from the early docs; the first release ships flat and measures.
Non-goals, written down
Full accounting, HR and payroll, factory planning, a head-on general marketplace, fund custody, and an open ad network are all explicitly out, each routed to its phase. Ten modules ship in the first release at two depths: the operational core at full depth, discovery and affiliate lean enough to start the cycle where more products bring more buyers who attract more merchants. Honest scoping is what keeps a ten module launch shippable.
Design partners first
Launch starts with twenty to thirty UMKM across West Java fashion, coffee, and skincare on a six month trial with weekly feedback. Proof is ten partners clearing a hundred orders a month through Storria. Then commercials: one hundred paying merchants, most of them staying, overselling under half a percent.
Next, the external marketplaces sync and affiliate ships; then advanced CRM and fraud matching; then a marketplace of integrations opens. Paid acquisition waits until organic sales prove each marketing rupiah returns three. The pitch never changed: stop manual recaps; online store, cashier, stock, CS, and reports in one app, with an AI assistant, while the products get promoted too.
